Firesite (Eastern) Ltd is a family based company and has been established at it's premises since 1992. We employ a dedicated team  of engineers, most of which who have been with us since the beginning which means you can be confident that our engineers know your site. Our engineers are geographically placed to ensure that customers receive prompt service when the need arises. They all wear company uniform showing our logo, drive sign written vehicles and are all DBS checked.

Our office staff are familiar to you, so you can be assured of a personal, reliable, team of people to meet your needs. We offer free quotations and site surveys which are arranged to suit your requirements and quotations are sent out promptly on completion of survey. We believe our prices to be fair and competitive and will be pleased to discuss your needs to try to reduce your current outgoings. We can offer installations on a payment plan to spread the costs as we are aware customers have regular income and a sudden large outgoing would be difficult to cope with.

We hold Public & Product Liability and Employers Liability Insurance all backed up with a Efficacy Insurance.  

We are a small company that offer competitive prices, and we also provide 24 hour service for advice or a visit to site night or day. We are located in Ipswich on Bramford Road. We cover all areas of East Anglia - Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridge and Peterborough.
