The British Standard: BS 5839 recommends that you must have your premises, facilities, and equipment, including your fire alarms, regularly maintained by a service company at least twice a year.


We supply, install, commission and maintain Fire Alarms in accordance to BS 5839 and are designed to exact requirements and specifications as required by the customer. We can supply, install and maintain addressable, conventional, twinwire and wireless specialising in CTEC, HAYES, MORLEY, APOLLO, RAFIKI and EMS. 


We carry stocks of spare parts of most manufacturers and can rectify most faults on a single visit. Our call out service offers full access of an engineer 24 hours a day, either for telephone advice or site visit with most calls being attended to within 2 hours (depending on location). We carry out a full survey, access your requirements and forward your quotation within 24 hours of our site survey. We service new and existing systems, and we offer competitive prices for servicing carried out on first service and initial report is issued with any recommendations. All services are carried out by pre-booked appointments. 


We are pleased to take over existing systems and are confident of being more competitive than your existing provider. We carry out a full survey to ensure we can access and have spares for your system prior to taking over your maintenance. We are also to commission installations by other contractors and carry out Fire Risk Assessments with all necessary paperwork being forwarded rapidly.
