Fire Extinguishers

There are nearly 20,000 fires at commercial premises per year in the UK. All fire safety legislation in England and Wales for non-domestic premises is covered by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 which states that appropriate fire-fighting equipment, including portable fire extinguishers, must be provided where there is any risk of fire.

We are now approved distributors of the revolutionary Firexo Fire Extinguishers - Firexo can extinguish ALL fires with a single liquid, negating the need for the current over stipulation of for CO2, water, foam, powder methods.

We supply, install and maintain fire extinguishers and fire blanket in accordance to BS 5306. You must have your fire extinguishers serviced, every 12 months – this is what's known as a “basic service” and needs to be done in accordance with BS 5036-6. We carry out annual maintenance of fire extinguishers at competitive prices. We offer a service exchange facility so when an extinguisher needs discharging at intervals, we take the old unit away and leave you with a brand new unit and the old unit is environmentally disposed. At intervals all extinguishers are required to be discharge tested and refilled.

On initial service a full list of extinguishers is compiled showing site location, type and service intervals and so each year the exact costs and requirements are known. Also extinguishers are wall hung as necessary and signage supplied.

We offer a per unit service or a full maintenance price per extinguisher together with rental agreements.
